Information about refund conditions and 30-day money back guarantee

This Refund Policy explains the refund conditions, processes and guarantees for AtomVPS services. Please read this policy carefully. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Refund Policy

AtomVPS prioritizes customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund under certain conditions. This Refund Policy explains when you can get a refund, refund processes and conditions.

2. Refund Guarantee Period

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for new customers. You can request a refund within 30 days from the service purchase date. This period may vary depending on the service type. Contact our support team for details.

3. Eligible Services for Refund

The refund guarantee applies to newly purchased hosting, VPS and dedicated server services. Setup fees, domain registration fees and additional services (SSL certificates, backup services, etc.) are not eligible for refund. The refund guarantee does not apply to renewal payments.

4. Refund Conditions

For your refund request to be accepted, the following conditions must be met: the refund request must be made within 30 days, the service must not have been misused (spam, illegal content, DDoS attacks, etc.), if a setup fee has been paid, this fee is not refundable. Refund requests are evaluated by our support team.

5. Refund Process

You can submit your refund request through the account panel or at support@atomvps.com. Your request will be evaluated within 1-3 business days. After approval, the refund amount will be returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. In case of bank transfer, the period may extend up to 10-15 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be made in the following situations: if the service has been misused, if the 30-day guarantee period has passed, domain registration fees, setup fees, renewal payments, additional service fees (SSL, backup, etc.), if illegal activity has been detected, and if terms of service have been violated.

7. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be made. For example, if an annual payment has been made and the service is cancelled after a few months of use, a proportional refund may be made for unused months. Partial refund requests are evaluated by our support team and decided on a case-by-case basis.

8. Difference Between Cancellation and Refund

Service cancellation and refund are different processes. You can cancel your service at any time, but refunds are only made within the 30-day guarantee period and under certain conditions. After cancellation, automatic renewals are stopped, but no refund is made for the current payment period (if outside the guarantee period).

If you are not satisfied due to technical issues, service interruptions or performance problems, we recommend that you first contact our support team. If the problem cannot be resolved, you can request a refund. For special cases, you can contact our support team to request special solutions.
